RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Return Window

  • Allegro Combs and Styling Gear products: 90 days from delivery
  • All other brands: 30 days from delivery

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned for health, safety, or regulatory reasons:

  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (including nail polishes)
  • Opened health and personal care items
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale at checkout

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies for return, please contact us before initiating a return.

Return Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging and accessories
  • Include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • For electronics: serial numbers must match our shipping records

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for return authorization and instructions

Partial Refunds Partial refunds may be issued for items that are:

  • Not in original condition due to customer damage
  • Missing parts or accessories (not due to our error)
  • Returned outside the applicable return window

Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you confirmation
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method
  • No restocking fees apply to approved returns

Defective or Damaged Items If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • For items over $75, we recommend trackable shipping or insurance—we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns

Sale Items Sale and clearance items are eligible for return under the same conditions as regular-priced items.

Exchanges We currently offer exchanges only for defective or damaged items. For size or style changes, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

Gift Returns Items purchased as gifts can be returned for store credit equal to the purchase price.
