By applying and being approved for a wholesale account, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for wholesale pricing, you must be either:

  • A licensed beauty professional, or
  • An authorized distributor in the beauty industry.

2. Minimum Order Requirements

  • Minimum for Free Shipping: Orders of $70.00 or more qualify for free shipping within the USA. For orders below $70.00, a shipping fee of $7.99 applies.
  • Shipping Limits: Wholesale orders are available only within the USA.
  • Backorders: For backordered items, exceptions to minimum order requirements may apply, provided both parties have agreed in advance.

3. Pricing Structure and Discounts

  • Best Industry Pricing: We strive to offer competitive wholesale prices, respecting our partner brands' pricing conditions. We continuously monitor market rates to match or beat our competition when possible.
  • Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to periodic review and may be adjusted without prior notice. Any changes will be communicated promptly, and updated prices will apply to future orders.

4. Payment Terms

  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept all major credit cards and Amazon Pay for wholesale transactions.
  • Payment Processing: Orders are processed and shipped once payment is received in full. No credit terms are currently available.

5. Shipping and Handling

  • Shipping Costs: Enjoy free shipping on orders over $70.00; otherwise, a flat rate of $7.99 applies within the USA.
  • Order Processing: Orders will ship within 24 hours of payment clearance, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
  • Returns & Exchanges: We are committed to your satisfaction. If an item needs to be returned due to our shipping error, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Please contact us within 1 day of receipt to arrange the return.

6. Product Usage and Branding

  • Brand Representation: All wholesale buyers are expected to maintain the integrity of Allegro Beauty Store and its partner brands.
  • Products must be presented professionally, without modifications to brand names, logos, or packaging.
  • Pricing Consistency: Retailers are encouraged to maintain suggested retail prices to uphold brand value.
  • Unauthorized price reductions that undercut market value may lead to account review.

7. Order Modifications and Cancellations

  • Order Changes: Orders cannot be canceled or modified once shipped. If you notice an error in your order details, please contact us immediately before the order is dispatched.
  • Shipping Address Changes: We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has shipped, so please verify all details before submitting your order.

8. Intellectual Property and Trademarks

  • Usage Guidelines: Allegro Beauty Store’s logos, product images, and trademarks are provided solely for the purpose of promoting our products.
  • All materials must be used as provided, without alterations.
  • Any misuse or unauthorized distribution of brand assets may result in termination of wholesale privileges.

9. Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure

  • Confidentiality Clause: Wholesale buyers must treat all terms, wholesale pricing, and product sourcing details as confidential information.
  • Disclosure of these details to unauthorized third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination.

10. Termination Clause

  • Right to Terminate: Either party may terminate the wholesale agreement. Allegro Beauty Store reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of non-compliance, failure to meet minimum order requirements, or unresolved payment issues.
  • Termination notices will be provided in writing, detailing any remaining obligations.

Acceptance of Wholesale Terms

By joining our wholesale program, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements and agree to these terms.

This includes our minimum order requirements, pricing structure, payment terms, and shipping and return policies.

You also commit to upholding all brand integrity guidelines and confidentiality.

Failure to comply with these terms may result in suspension or termination of your wholesale account.
