Q. Where do you ship from?

A. We ship the great majority of our products from our warehouse in North Texas, USA. We will let you know when your order is shipped.

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive?

A. That depends on where are you located. We ship the majority of our orders using the USPS First-Class service. This usually takes about 3-5 on orders shipped to US addresses. Canada, about 8-10 days. Europe, the majority of the countries about 15-20 days.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

A. Usually, From Monday to Fridays, less than 24 hours after your order. On weekends about 48 hours.

A. Yes, shipping is Free within the USA.
